We willen alle klanten een veilige, betrouwbare en duurzame mobiliteit aanreiken, van deur tot deur, en waarbij onze treinen een centrale plaats innemen als vervoermiddel bij uitstek voor grote groepen reizigers tussen grote centra en in voorstadsgebied en ook ter ontsluiting van meer landelijke gebieden.
Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?
Als Senior Manager Learning & Development ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en coördineren van de technische opleidingsstrategie binnen de onderhoudswerkplaatsen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze technische medewerkers nieuwe vaardigheden kunnen verwerven én onderhouden. De opleidingen stellen operators in staat om veilig en kwalitatief te werken, in overeenstemming met de geldende wet- en regelgeving en normen.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Als Senior Manager L&D binnen de directie Technics zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende :
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van een flexibelere en modernere opleidingsstrategie. Je implementeert deze met behulp van nieuwe leertechnologieën, in lijn met de visie van de directie Technics en rekening houdend met veranderingen in de regelgeving die van invloed kunnen zijn op de opleidingsbehoeften.
- Je zorgt voor een optimale organisatie van opleidingsactiviteiten zodat het technisch personeel vaardigheden kan verwerven en onderhouden. Hiertoe plan je activiteiten en stel je budgetten op. Je zet ook een actief systeem op voor competentiebeheer met het oog op continue verbetering.
- Je stelt technische vaardigheidsvereisten op, volgt deze op en vertaalt ze naar technische opleidingsbehoeften in gerichte opleidingsplannen (inhoud, methoden, evaluatie). De opleidingsplannen worden ook voorgelegd aan de paritaire overlegorganen.
- Je bent betrokken bij het definiëren van nieuwe processen om de werkmethoden en de opvolging van de vaardigheden van het technisch personeel te verbeteren en te optimaliseren. Je definieert ook de IT- en andere toepassingen die nodig zijn om de ambities van de directie te verwezenlijken en implementeert deze waar nodig.
- Je beheert het centrale opleidingsteam van een twintigtal medewerkers, de instructeurs verspreid over de twee opleidingscentra (Melle en Salzinnes) en je zorgt voor de afstemming van de lokale opleidingscoördinatoren, met name door de prestaties te meten aan de hand van KPI's. Je coacht en ondersteunt de teams om een 'lerende organisatie' te creëren binnen de directie Technics.
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur als burgerlijk, industrieel of handelsingenieur of in humane of sociale wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende van een middelgroot team. Samenbrengen, coachen en motiveren vormen jouw leidraad in deze functie.
- Je beheerst het Frans en het Nederlands en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in beide landstalen.
- Met een sterke achtergrond in Learning & Development heb je kennis van zowel pedagogische aspecten als nieuwe opleidingstools en -methoden.
- Je hebt inzicht in technische taken, de beperkingen daarvan en de bijbehorende veiligheids- en wetgevingsaspecten, en je bent ge nteresseerd in werken in een technische omgeving.
- Je bent flexibel en ruimdenkend. Dat laat je toe creatieve oplossingen te bedenken die passen binnen het reglementaire kader.
- Je bent communicatief sterk. Je communiceert transparant, je bent diplomatisch en assertief, wanneer nodig.
- Je bent klantgericht, stimuleert initiatief nemen en werkt graag samen om resultaten te boeken.
- Je hebt een goed analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen.
- Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt in change management.
