Voor één van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Siteverantwoordelijke Catering.
Functieomschrijving:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het bedrijfsrestaurant en voor de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening
- Je verzorgt de productie van een 100 tal maaltijden en het ander voedselaanbod samen met je team
- Je bent dynamisch en vertrouwd met de nieuwe restauratie trends
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding en coaching van jouw team (3 personen)
- Je zorgt voor de opvolging van het housekeeping team (3 personen)
- Je staat in voor de opstelling van de werkplanning en de takenverdeling van jouw team
- Je beheert en stelt de menu's op via Sodexo Menu Management System (MMS)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bestellen van producten via de aankoopcatalogus
- Je controleert de leveringen en de stock (de FIFO, de DLC's en DLU's)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financieel beheer van de site en streeft voortdurend naar een optimale kostenbeheersing (Food & Non-food)
- Je past de HACCP procedures strikt toe
- Je zorgt voor een goede toepassing en implementatie van de waarden van de klant en van Sodexo “Quality of Life”
- Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega's, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij
- Je kan beheerst de controle bij laattijdige of onvoorziene wijzigingen
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen
- Je beheert de speciale aanvragen van de klant
- Je bent bereid om extra prestaties te verzorgen buiten het standaard uurrooster
- Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega's, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij
- Je beschikt over een hotelschooldiploma
- Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent op de hoogte van de HACCP-wetgeving, de procedures en aankoopsystemen
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent een people manager, hebt ervaring in het beheren van een team (min. 2 personen), een coach, motivator en beschikt over de nodige diplomatie en empatisch vermogen
- Je bent klant- en resultaatgericht
- Je hebt een goede informaticakennis (Word, Excel, Outlook,…).
- Je werkt op een nauwkeurige manier
- Je hebt zin voor organisatie en vooruitgang
- Je bent een teamplayer - One Team Approach
