VOORSTELLING VAN DE VZW
Bravvo is de preventiedienst van de Stad Brussel. De vzw slaat elke dag opnieuw de handen in elkaar om het buurtleven, de veiligheid en het sociale weefsel in de stad duurzaam te verbeteren via uiteenlopende diensten in het kloppende hart van de wijken.
OVER DE FUNCTIE
De Community Manager (m-v-x) werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van de interne en externe communicatiemiddelen om de identiteit van Bravvo te versterken en zijn naamsbekendheid en imago te ontwikkelen, en om de medewerkers samen te brengen rond de doelen van de organisatie.
- Content (foto's, video's en teksten) maken over de actualiteit bij Bravvo en deze aanpassen aan de distributiekanalen: sociale netwerken, intranet en de interne nieuwsbrief van de vzw;
- De digitale naamsbekendheid ontwikkelen en op één lijn brengen;
- De publicatiekalender opstellen en volgen;
- Ondersteuning bieden bij evenementen;
- Meewerken aan de invulling van de interne en externe communicatiecampagnes;
- Meewerken aan acties die de identiteit van de organisatie in de verf zetten bij de medewerkers en die ervoor zorgen dat zij zich ook betrokken voelen;
- Tegemoetkomen aan de behoeften van de cel communicatie bij het maken en implementeren van communicatiemiddelen die zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van het doelpubliek;
Opleidingsniveau - diploma
Je hebt een bachelordiploma in communicatie of journalistiek.
* Indien u een diploma behaalde in een land buiten de Benelux, kunt u eveneens naar deze functie solliciteren, op voorwaarde dat u een gelijkwaardigheidserkenning van uw diploma kunt voorleggen, afgeleverd door de Franse of Vlaamse gemeenschap. Gelieve in dat geval de gelijkwaardigheidserkenning van uw diploma als bijlage bij uw kandidaatstelling te voegen.
Technische vaardigheden
- Aanvullende vaardigheden in digitale communicatie: schrijven, fotografie, video en montage;
- Zeer goede kennis van de sociale netwerken;
- Kunnen werken met bepaalde AI-tools;
Persoonlijke vaardigheden
- U bent vlot in de omgang met mensen;
- U werkt zorgvuldig en georganiseerd;
- U speelt creatief en makkelijk in op de omstandigheden;
- U bent soepel en kunt zich snel aanpassen;
- U bent nieuwsgierig en in staat uzelf autonoom te informeren;
- U bent dynamisch en flexibel qua werktijden;
Taalvaardigheid
- U beheerst minstens één van beide landstalen (NL of FR) perfect en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede;
- U hebt een uitstekende pen in uw moedertaal;
Ervaring
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie zou een troef zijn;
- Een deeltijds tijdelijk contract voor 6 maanden. Mogelijkheid voor een bediende- of studentencontract;
- Een loon volgens de barema's van de Stad Brussel, naar verhouding aangepast voor een halftijds contract, (X), waarbij eerdere ervaring in rekening kan worden gebracht;
- Relevante ervaring wordt in aanmerking genomen;
- Extralegale verlofdagen;
- Onkostenvergoeding voor het openbaar vervoer;
