En tant que IT Manager, vous travaillerez en tant que Paradigmien.ne auprès de notre partenaire ARP (Bruxelles propreté) qui par ses activités de collecte, de nettoiement et de valorisation des déchets-ressources, exerce un rôle central pour améliorer le cadre de vie de l'ensemble de la population bruxelloise, et répondre aux enjeux sanitaires, environnementaux et socio-économiques de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.
IT Manager
Votre contribution, vos missions :
En tant que IT Manager, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Gérer l'équipe afin d'optimaliser les outils disponible tout en veillant aux délais et la qualité des interventions ;
- Diriger et motiver ses collaborateurs en leur donnant des directives claires, précises et en veillant au suivi du travail effectué ;
- Coacher et développer ses collaborateurs en procédant régulièrement aux évaluations de ces derniers, en précisant avec eux leurs zones de progrès et en les accompagnant dans le processus de développement de leurs compétences ;
- Maintenir un niveau de veille technologique/méthodologique élevé afin de préserver un haut niveau de connaissance métier permettant d'encadrer et de challenger ses collaborateurs ;
- Participer à la définition de la stratégie du département, la traduire en objectifs pour son service et la mettre en application ;
- Gérer les affectations des ressources en fonction des besoins et des compétences disponibles afin d'organiser le travail de façon optimale et respecter les contraintes de temps, de budget et de performance tout en définissant les besoins en termes de personnel pour défendre ces engagements auprès de son directeur ;
- Veiller à organiser et planifier les activités de son service et assurer la gestion d'un portefeuille de projets/services/métiers (domaines d'activités) confié ainsi que de l'équipe afin d'atteindre les résultats escomptés ;
- Veiller à l'implémentation et à la gestion des processus et procédures de travail applicables à son service tout en faisant des propositions d'amélioration à sa hiérarchie (Time Tracking, méthode et standards, processus divers, budgets, reporting, etc.) ;
- Assurer une gestion efficace pour le traitement des appels et incidents, travailler de façon transversale avec différents autres départements.
Vos expériences et compétences :
Vous possédez un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur et disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire :
- Vous êtes un manager dans l'âme et aimez êtes responsables d'équipes multidisciplinaires ;
- Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion journalière, en crisis management et en coordination d'équipe : vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en techniques de coaching et d'encadrement ;
- Vous maitrisez des méthodes d'analyse et d'organisation ;
- Vous êtes bon communicateur, concis mais précis, envers une diversité d'interlocuteurs.
La connaissance du français et/ou du néerlandais est obligatoire, la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
