Digital Solution Manager Assistant

Het RIZIV is een belangrijke speler in de sector van de sociale zekerheid, met een dubbele missie: iedereen toegang bieden tot betaalbare gezondheidszorg van hoge kwaliteit en een adequaat vervangingsinkomen bieden in geval van arbeidsongeschiktheid of moederschapsverlof/vaderschapsverlof.
Als strategische partner van de Digital Solution Manager bied je operationele ondersteuning door coherentie te waarborgen en het effectieve beheer van de totale projectportefeuille van de organisatie te faciliteren. Dit helpt ervoor te zorgen dat de portefeuille is afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.
Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende activiteiten:
• Strategische afstemming van de projecten op de doelstellingen van de organisatie.
• Ondersteuning bij het identificeren van synergieën, afhankelijkheden en projecten met een hoog risico.
• Hulp bij de strategische planning van de portefeuille inclusief de selectie en prioritering van projecten.
• Risico's identificeren en problemen oplossen.
• Rapportage en opvolging van KPI's.
• Efficiënte toewijzing van middelen in samenwerking met de Digital Solution Manager.
• Follow-up en beheer van vragen tot aanwerving aan de HR-afdeling van ICT.
• Constante evaluatie van de portfolio- en projectmanagementprocessen, met voorstellen voor verbeteringen.
• Samenwerking met de Digital Solution Manager om de portfoliomanagementstrategie en projectmanagementmethodologie te optimaliseren.
• Ondersteuning van change management door ervoor te zorgen dat de nodige aanpassingen op een gecoördineerde manier worden doorgevoerd.
Je beschikt over een universitair diploma en hebt ten minste vijf jaar ervaring in projectmanagement of als PMO.
Je hebt een goede kennis van managementtechnieken en projectmethodologie in een ICT-omgeving (Prince 2, Agile-methodes, ITIL, BPMN).
Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en werkt graag in teamverband.
Je hebt een sterk verlangen om voortdurend bij te leren in een snel veranderende omgeving.
Je vindt het fijn om te coachen, te overtuigen en je kennis te delen.
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
Kennis van het Engels is een troef.
