Zoek niet verder Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Business Unit Director die zijn schouders zet onder de commerciële & operationele excellentie van één van de Business Units. Functieomschrijving Als Business Unit Director ben je de spil in het realiseren van duurzame groei en optimalisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel het strategische als operationele management, en speelt een sleutelrol in het vormgeven van de toekomst van jouw unit.
Je vormt de visie van de organisatie & pas deze toe.
Als Director ben je verder verantwoordelijk voor:
  • Volledige P&L
  • Leiden van het team, bestaande uit o.a. Business development, Accountmanagement, solution officers, backoffice…
  • Identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke opportuniteiten & opbouwen van professionele relaties met zowel partners als klanten
  • Naleving van regelgeving & interne processen
  • Rapportage aan CEO
  • Deelname aan de board of directors
Profiel Ervaring in een commercieel, leidinggevende rol is in deze een zeer grote meerwaarde. Gezien het internationaal karakter van de organisatie, zoeken we nieuw talent met ervaring/ambitie om een internationaal netwerk uit te bouwen. Bezit je bovendien ook nog enkele van onderstaande vaardigheden is dat een meerwaarde:
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector is een plus
  • Strategische vaardigheden & analytische inzichten
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap in combinatie met sterke commerciële vaardigheden
  • Een ambitieus karakter en oog voor structuur
  • Aansturen van een divers, internationaal team
