  • Volledige opvolging en nauwkeurig beheer van aanvragen.
  • Verificatie van bestaande contracten en klanten voor uitrustingsaanvragen.
  • Voorbereiden en afhandelen van pay-for-performance contracten.
  • Zorg voor soepele informatiestroom naar buitendienst en klanten.
  • Samenwerken met diverse afdelingen als teamspeler.
  • Snelle en accurate communicatie met interne en externe klanten.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met vertegenwoordigers en managers in België en Luxemburg.
  • Training van nieuwe collega's en bieden van back-up.
  • Klantcontactpersoon voor BTW/IBAN/zelffacturatie en bepaalde kwesties.
  • Administratieve afhandeling en probleemoplossing voor apparatuur en klantenbeheer.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen.
Profiel
  • Een bachelordiploma hebben of gelijkwaardige ervaring in customer support of een verkoopafdeling
  • Perfecte beheersing van het Frans en goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Een positieve houding tegenover verandering 
  • Op zoek naar ideeën voor voortdurende verbetering
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de tijdige levering van kwaliteitswerk 
  • Taken uitvoeren in lijn met geïmplementeerde veranderingen en nieuwe manieren van werken ondersteunen. 
  • Nieuwe processen en procedures leren en gebruiken 
  • Administratief ingesteld en stressbestendig zijn
  • Accuraat en correct communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
