  • Mediarelaties opbouwen en onderhouden: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel online als offline media in de sectoren automotive, motorfietsen, lifestyle en nationale media. Dankzij jouw netwerk zorg je voor een positieve aanwezigheid van onze producten en diensten.
  • Communicatieplannen ontwikkelen: Je vertaalt onze Europese strategie naar lokale communicatieplannen voor de markten in België en Nederland. Dit omvat ook het goedkeuringsproces en het beheer van externe leveranciers.
  • Organisatie van pers- en PR-evenementen: Je coördineert persdeelname aan internationale en lokale evenementen, zoals motorshows, en selecteert de juiste media om onze boodschap over te brengen.
  • Bedrijfswoordvoerder: Als het gezicht van de organisatie vertegenwoordig je ons naar media en publiek. In crisissituaties manage je de communicatie zorgvuldig om de reputatie te beschermen.
  • Beheer van de persvloot: Je beheert de persvloot (auto’s en motorfietsen), regelt uitleenaanvragen en volgt publicaties op.
  • Social media en persberichten: Je houdt toezicht op de sociale media-activiteiten en schrijft persberichten die aansluiten bij de lokale markt en onze Europese strategie.
  • KPI-monitoring en budgetbeheer: Je volgt de prestaties van onze communicatiestrategieën op en beheert het budget voor de communicatieactiviteiten in de Benelux.
  • Samenwerking met externe bureaus: Je coördineert projecten met bureaus voor PR, social media, evenementen en meer. 
Profiel
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in communicatie, bij voorkeur in de automotive- of motorfietssector.
  • Een bestaand netwerk met belangrijke media in de Benelux is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent goed thuis in sociale mediaplatforms.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent een sterke planner en werkt nauwkeurig met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve instelling.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs voor auto en motor.
