Denk hierbij aan – naast vele andere realisaties – o.a. de overname van een toonaangevende Europese fabrikant van duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen en de fusie van twee innovatieve (Bio)Tech bedrijven, de investering in een snelgroeiend e-commerce platform of de herstructurering van een multinational in de voedingsindustrie. Functieomschrijving
  • Als Senior Associate speel je een sleutelrol in het adviseren van bedrijven en ondernemers bij hun corporate transacties. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren team aan nationale en internationale projecten, waarbij je betrokken bent bij fusies en overnames, herstructureringen, private equity deals en veel meer.
  • In deze rol:
    • Adviseer je bedrijven en ondernemers bij complexe corporate transacties, met een speciale focus op fusies en overnames (M&A), private equity en venture capital.
    • Werk je aan boeiende dossiers zoals de begeleiding van private equity investeringen van grotere investeringsfondsen en KMO’s van hoger segment, alsook  herstructureringen/overnames van groeiende scale-ups  en van innovatieve Tech startups.
    • Neem je ownership over je dossiers en werk je nauw samen met zowel junior, senior en managing associates om de beste resultaten voor hun cliënten te behalen. Omwille van je betrokkenheid op bovenstaande dossiers kom je tevens in contact met de boeiende wereld van het ondernemen.
    • Speel je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van cliënten door het gehele transactieproces, van LOI en due diligence en contractonderhandelingen tot de uiteindelijke closing.
    • Krijg je de mogelijkheid om via een uitgestippeld parcours je carrière verder uit te bouwen, evenwel bepaald door en afhankelijk van jouw inzet, prestaties en (commerciële) resultaten.

  • Door middel van uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om zaken meer out-of-the box te benaderen en meer overkoepelend te beschouwen, weet je creatieve en pragmatische oplossingen te bieden voor complexere juridische vraagstukken.
  • Je vindt het inspirerend om met anderen samen te werken en draagt teamwork hoog in het vaandel. Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en toont betrokkenheid in het begeleiden van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je staat mede door middel van uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelvaardigheden sterk in je schoenen bij het adviseren van klanten. Zo beschik je over een flinke dosis assertiviteit, stressbestendigheid en een rationele blik waardoor je een sterk betoog weet te brengen in dialoog met klanten.
  • Je weet vlot te connecteren met anderen en mede door jouw commerciële durf en drive ben je in staat om een netwerk uit te bouwen met het oog op lange termijn klantenrelaties.
  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in rechten en kan een sterke academische staat voorleggen. Daarnaast beschik je over 4 tot 6 jaar relevante ervaring in ondernemings – of vennootschapsrecht.
