As a Customer Project Coordinator & Key User, you will be the vital link between the supply chain and project managers. From project inception to final acceptance, your mission will be to ensure seamless coordination of equipment installations. Join a team of around 40 nationalities working at more than 45 different sites on 3 continents, offering you the opportunity to make a direct impact in the fight against cancer. Functieomschrijving

The Customer Project Coordinator & Key User will be responsible for:

  • Manage the lifecycle of a project from creation in SAP to final acceptance.
  • Ensure follow-up of material availability forecast and report to Project Manager.
  • Analyze issues with impact on projects and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Organize shipment on site including procurement, outbounding and delivery of all parts requested during installation.
  • Ensure up-to-date project scheduling using SAP PS.
  • Manage equipment budget of the project based on forecast.

Profiel

Profile of ideal Customer Project Coordinator & Key User :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role ;
  • Proficiency in SAP (mandatory) ;
  • Good knowledge of PackOffice (excel) ;
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in French and English ;
  • Strong customer service orientation ;
  • Ability to work autonomously and organize your work effectively.

Aanbod Van € 3.400 tot € 4.800 per maand

  • A temporary contract from 6 to 12 months ;
  • A gross salary between 3400 and 4800/month ;
