Introductie Onze klant is op zoek naar een IT roll-out project manager Jobomschrijving - Je leidt één of meerdere projecten onder begeleiding van de verantwoordelijke over de afdeling . Je doet dit op basis van een project management methodologie die gebaseerd is op de belangrijkste principes van het PRINCE2 framework.- Jouw projecten zullen zich richten op het uitrollen van infrastructuur bij federale overheidsdiensten. Jouw projecten zullen dus zowel technisch als klant- en infrastructuurgericht van aard zijn. Binnen je functie krijg jij de verantwoordelijkheid tot het uitvoeren van projecten binnen een vooraf opgesteld framework.- Je beschikt over de nodige project-technische vaardigheden zoals het opstellen van een planning, een budget, het opvolgen van actiepunten en issues en bepalen van risico's.- Je werkt samen met het project team om de projecten op een succesvolle manier uit te voeren. Samen met het Project Management Office houd je ook rekening met de afhankelijkheden met andere projecten.- Je rapporteert over de vooruitgang van je project(en) en je vermeldt hierbij eveneens de eventuele risico's en mogelijke escalaties. Profiel - Je beschikt over een masterdiploma.- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar professionele ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.- Je hebt een algemene ICT kennis (netwerken, applicaties, systemen).- Je hebt een basis kennis van project management methodologieën (PRINCE2/PMI), tools en best practices.- Je bent een teamplayer en bent proactief ingesteld.- Je hebt een sterke persoonlijkheid, werkt nauwgezet en focust op resultaat.- Je bent positief ingesteld en beschikt over zeer goede communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden (zowel naar klanten als naar het senior management).- Je bent klantgericht.- Je bent assertief en stressbestendig.- Je bent tweetalig en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
