Functieomschrijving Voor onze klant actief in de telecom sector zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Support Specialist
 Jouw Missie:Als schakel tussen het bedrijf en een portfolio van zakelijke klanten (SMA, Corporate en Major Accounts), begeleid je het volledige proces: van contractondertekening tot kwaliteitscontrole, provisioning en het einde van de klantcyclus.Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en treedt proactief op richting klanten waar mogelijk.Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen, voeren van uitgaande gesprekken en behandelen van e-mails van toegewezen klanten (single point of contact met volledig overzicht van het klantendossier = portfoliomanagement).
  • Oplossen van klantenvragen en problemen binnen de gestelde KPI’s; indien nodig, doorverwijzen naar het Back Office team afhankelijk van de klantbehoefte.
  • Zorgen voor een constante beschikbaarheid voor portfolioklanten en ervoor zorgen dat de SLA’s die met de klant zijn vastgelegd, worden nageleefd.
  • Op verzoek van de Account Manager op locatie ondersteuning bieden, klantbezoeken bijwonen en deelnemen aan interne klantvergaderingen.
  • Communiceren van klantinformatie met alle betrokken afdelingen, zoals verkoop, postsales en marketing.
  • Proactief contact opnemen met klanten om een perfect dossierbeheer te waarborgen.
Profiel Jouw Profiel:
  • 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in klantenzorg.
  • Kennis van Office-toepassingen en bedrijfstools.
  • Commerciële flair.
  • Goede luistervaardigheden.
  • Diplomatiek en stressbestendig.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands/Frans en een goede kennis van Engels.
