Strategie
- je ontwikkelt een marketingcommunicatieplan op basis van de communicatiestrategie voor de BU Offshore en de specifieke strategieën van de verschillende business lines
- je bepaalt prioriteiten en doelstellingen en definieert de KPI’s die gevolgd moeten worden met betrekking tot de impact en het rendement van de genomen acties
- je coördineert activiteiten over de 3 landen. je zorgt er ook voor dat de initiatieven een maximale transversale aanpak garanderen en silo-effecten vermijden
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor het offshore communicatiebudget
- je ontwikkelt een digitale communicatiestrategie, want digital is het primaire kanaal voor onze B2B-campagnes
- je werkt nauw samen met de Marketing Communication Manager van Equans Belux
- je zorgt ervoor dat alle relevante projecten en informatie over offshore projecten en prestaties worden gecommuniceerd aan het External Communication team om het algemene imago van Equans te ondersteunen
- je beheert onze beurzen en marketingmaterialen (presentaties, one pagers, website-inhoud)
- je adviseert senior management over interne acties die verband houden met de globale strategie en prioriteiten
- je ondersteunt veranderingsinitiatieven en zorgt voor communicatie om interne stakeholders te informeren, opleiden, motiveren en betrekken
- je monitort, beoordeelt en past onze interne communicatiekanalen aan om de impact van onze communicatie op de hele organisatie te verbeteren
- je ontwikkelt en implementeert interne communicatiecampagnes op basis van de behoeften van verschillende interne partners: HR – HSE – ethiek - ...
- je ontwikkelt alle interne communicatiematerialen
- je organiseert en coördineert digitale en fysieke interne evenementen
- je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de interne communicatiekanalen
- bewezen ervaring in marketing en/of communicatie (+/- 10 jaar)
- ervaring in een B2B-context en offshore is een pluspunt
- capaciteit om strategische doelstellingen tastbaar te maken voor de interne populatie
- hands-on mentaliteit
- positieve en inspirerende houding
- teamspeler
- creatief en out-of-the-box denker
- bereidheid om te reizen (20%) binnen Europa
- kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
