Notre client, actif dans le secteur de l'alimentation et des boissons, est à la recherche d'un Marketing & Communications Manager.

En tant que Marketing Communications Manager, vous serez responsable de la création, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion de diverses stratégies de communication en ligne et hors ligne, tant en interne qu'en externe.
**Description**
- Gestion du plan de communication : Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et diriger une stratégie et un plan de communication multiplateforme axés sur les résultats, qui s'alignent sur l'orientation de l'entreprise et de la marque et reflètent également les priorités locales.
- Gestion des campagnes : Créer, exécuter et analyser l'efficacité des campagnes de marketing et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires.
- Planification et coordination d'événements.
- Mettre en œuvre des activités de marketing en ligne, y compris les médias sociaux, SEM/SEO/SEA, la génération de la demande, la génération de leads, etc.
- Gérer les budgets de communication et collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les agences pour créer des activités de communication et de marketing.
- Soutenir les activités de marketing locales et développer le marketing à l'échelle mondiale.
- Coordination du contenu marketing : collaboration avec tous les fournisseurs de contenu (conception graphique, rédacteurs techniques et commerciaux) afin de respecter les délais et les normes de qualité.
- Gestion de l'ensemble du matériel promotionnel.
- Préparation, suivi actif et gestion des budgets marketing pour les médias, les campagnes, les événements, etc.
- Tâches de bureau générales, telles que la gestion des fournitures de bureau, des communications, etc.

**Profile**
- Vous communiquez couramment en néerlandais et en anglais, aimez travailler avec différentes équipes internationales et les coordonner facilement.
- Vous êtes un professionnel du marketing, familier avec l'automatisation du marketing et d'autres technologies de marketing.
- Vous connaissez parfaitement les processus et les meilleures pratiques en matière de marketing.
- Vous savez fixer des priorités claires.
- Vous avez le sens du détail et êtes ponctuel.
- Vous aimez planifier et coordonner des projets.
