- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert aankoopstrategieën om de kosten te minimaliseren, de beschikbaarheid te garanderen en de kwaliteit te waarborgen.
- Je onderhandelt met leveranciers over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden en levertijden. Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande en nieuw gezochte leveranciers.
- Je leidt een team van 3 medewerkers, met wie je het volledige aankoopproces, van bestelling over levering tot kwaliteitsopvolging opvolgt.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het up to date brengen en houden van onze aankoopcondities in de ERP-omgeving, een cruciaal element in het proces van optimale prijszetting en margecreatie.
- Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen, zoals verkoop en logistiek, om ervoor te zorgen dat de voorraadniveaus optimaal zijn en voldoen aan de klantvraag.
- Je rapporteert aan het management over de aankoopresultaten.
- Je identificeert en implementeert verbeteringsmogelijkheden binnen de aankoopafdeling.
- Je houdt de vinger aan de pols wat betreft marktevoluties en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
- Je behaalde een Masterdiploma in een relevante richting (bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management, Logistiek).
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je gaat handig met grote hoeveelheden data om in Excel, en je gaat ook met plezier op zoek naar de efficiëntste weg in andere softwarepakketten.
- Je bent hands-on, pragmatisch en hebt een pro-actieve en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Dit combineer je met sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Je hebt uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ervaring met contractbeheer.
- Je communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels. Kennis van Frans is een extra troef.
