Met bekende sterke merken als 7UP, Cheetos, Doritos, Duyvis, Lay's, Pepsi, Quaker,... is PepsiCo het tweede grootste voedingsmiddelen- en drankenbedrijven ter wereld. Alleen al in België werken we met 750 superkraks samen om heel Europa te voorzien van lekkers.

We werken vanuit 2 locaties: Zaventem hoofdkantoor en 1 West-Vlaamse productiesite in Veurne.

Sinds 1998 maakt Veurne Snack Foods deel uit van de PepsiCo International organisatie. Sinds de overname werd er serieus geïnvesteerd in technologische verbeteringen, capaciteitsuitbreidingen en productontwikkeling. De medewerkers werden opgeleid en getraind, de infrastructuur en de nutsvoorzieningen voor het personeel werden volledig aangepast aan de strenge normen die gelden binnen PepsiCo.

Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we nog Superkraks zoals jij Solliciteer nu als Logistics Outbound Operator en teken meteen je vast contract.
  • Je werkt op een van onze logistieke afdeling waarbij je instaat voor correcte en kwalitatieve productie.
  • Je bestuurt een volautomatische machine(s).
  • Je volgt de geautomatiseerde in- en uitvoer van goederen op in het magazijn en verricht de nodige administratieve bijsturing.
  • Je signaleert proactief afwijkingen in het proces, en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Je registreert en rapporteert aan je teamleader.
  • Je staat in voor de hygiëne en veiligheid van de productieruimte, en draagt zo bij tot het realiseren van de kwaliteitszorg.
Profiel
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest.
  • Je hebt kennis van het logistieke proces.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust, met het oog op goede hygiëne.
  • Je beschikt over logisch inzicht en een goed denkvermogen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technische opleiding op secundair onderwijsniveau
  • Je respecteert de PepsiCo-waarden.
  • Je werkt in ploegendienst: een 5 ploegenstelsel met wisselend vroege, late, nacht- en weekenddiensten.

Ruime groeikansen: tijdens je opleiding tot operator verhoog je 3 keer van classificatie en daarna kan je je blijven bijscholen om door te groeien.
