Als Presales Solution Advisor voor Microsoft combineer je technische expertise met commercieel inzicht om klanten te adviseren over Microsoft-oplossingen. Je ondersteunt hen bij het begrijpen en toepassen van deze oplossingen voor hun zakelijke behoeften. In deze functie ben je niet alleen een brug tussen techniek en business, maar ook een vertrouwde adviseur voor onze klanten en partners.
- Je analyseert klantprocessen en vertaalt deze naar Microsoft software oplossingen die hun business transformeren.
- Je focust op Microsoft licentiemodellen en creëert optimale licentiestructuren voor diverse klantbehoeften.
- Je beantwoordt technische vragen en ondersteunt accountmanagers bij het opstellen van winnende offertes.
- Je werkt samen met collega presales advisors en consultants om projecten succesvol te ondersteunen.
- Je begeleidt de Go-Live en implementatie van Microsoft oplossingen, in harmonie met onze servicepartners.
- Je bezoekt klanten en partners om behoeften te peilen, projectvoortgang te bespreken en relaties te versterken.
- Je blijft continu op de hoogte van je specialisatie en draagt bij aan de groei van ons team en het aantal projecten.
Profiel kandidaat
Ons Presales team is op zoek naar iemand die:
- Beschikt over minimaal een bachelor werk- en denkniveau, idealiter met een achtergrond in IT.
- Affiniteit heeft met Microsoft, hun licentiebeleid en -structuren, en bij voorkeur in het bezit is van het Microsoft certificaat “Designing and Providing Licensing Solutions to large Organizations”.
- Kennis heeft van Microsoft CSP/Microsoft 365.
- Een leergierige instelling met de bereidheid om continu bij te leren over Microsoft technologieën en de nodige certificaten te behalen.
- Een zelfstandige, flexibele en klantgerichte instelling, met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans spreekt, om klanten in beide talen te adviseren.
- Een dynamische en proactieve houding, een echte teamspeler die complexe situaties kan ombuigen naar positieve resultaten.

- Je salaris is afhankelijk van ervaring en competenties en wordt aangevuld met extralegale voordelen (Bedrijfswagen + tankkaart, maaltijdcheques aan €8/dag, gsm, laptop, thuiswerkvergoeding, hospitalisatieverzekering, ecocheques en de mogelijkheid tot fietsleasing), je werkt met flexibele werkuren in een 40-uren werkweek en hebt de keuze uit 32 verlofdagen (20 wettelijke + 12 adv-dagen).
- We hebben een kantoor in Brussel en in Pelt. Jij mag kiezen waar je bij voorkeur werkt. Woon je wat verder van beide kantoren? Ook dat is geen probleem, er is namelijk de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk. De feeling met het kantoor blijft natuurlijk belangrijk, dus je wordt wel regelmatig nog op kantoor verwacht.
