- Je controleert onkostennota's en verzamelt de ontbrekende informatie voordat je deze inboekt.
- Je controleert dagelijks of alle binnenkomende goederenleveringen correct zijn ingevoerd in SAP.
- Je verwerkt leveranciersrekeninguittreksels en neemt indien nodig contact op met de leveranciers.
- Je volgt de te ontvangen creditnota's op.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de facturen intern worden goedgekeurd en op tijd klaarstaan voor betaling.
- Je ondersteunt de algemene boekhouding.
- Je rapporteert aan de Accounting Manager.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Belgische rekeningstelsel en bent vertrouwd met de BTW-regelgeving.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt kennis van Engels en Frans.
- Je bent bedreven in het gebruik van gangbare pc-toepassingen.
