USG Science Professionals is verantwoordelijk voor het, op project - basis, ondersteunen van klanten in de farmaceutische en biotechnologische industrie.

Onze klant is een internationaal biotechnologiebedrijf dat zich toelegt op de productie van innovatieve therapeutische eiwitten.

Je zal deel uitmaken van de Manufacturing Science, Analyse en Technologie (MSAT) afdeling, die de wetenschappelijke basis vormt van het bedrijf en verantwoordelijk is voor commerciële productieondersteuning, procesoptimalisatie, technologieoverdracht en de ontwikkeling van nieuwe processen en methoden. Functieomschrijving Als MSAT Process Engineer - Technology Transfer zal je een cruciale rol spelen in het introduceren van nieuwe producten en processen op onze biotechnologische productiesite. Jouw taken omvatten onder meer:
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de technologieoverdracht van nieuwe productieprocessen van ontwikkelingslaboratorium naar grootschalige GMP-productiefaciliteit.
  • Ontwikkelen van strategieën voor procesvalidatie en procesbeheersing.
  • Identificeren en bevorderen van procesverbeteringen om de efficiëntie en robuustheid te verhogen.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan bestaande productieprocessen door gegevenstrends en monitoring.
Profiel
  • Een PhD of masterdiploma in Life Sciences, met enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Freelancers komen ook in aanmerking
  • Ervaring met zoogdiercelkweekprocessen en zuiveringsprocessen is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Flexibel en in staat om zich aan te passen aan veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Vertrouwd met verschillende statistische en gegeventrendtechnieken, kennis van of ervaring met JMP/Statistica/Matlab/Simca is een pluspunt.
