  • Gestion de la stratégie globale d'industrialisation des produits et garantir le lancement de ceux-ci en respectant les normes HS&E. 
  • Collaboration horizontale avec les usines et le site de production. 
  • Vous motivez et diriger l'équipe en place de 3 personnes en étant le représentant local.
  • Développement des processus et des projets d'améliorations.
  • Gestion des budgets. 
Profil
  • Diplôme dans le domaine scientifique et/ou alimentaire
  • Expérience équivalente d'au moins 10 ans dans un environnement industriel
  • Orienté(e) vers les personnes, avec une capacité à diriger et à gérer une équipe.
  • Solides compétences en gestion et en leadership.
  • Bonnes compétences analytiques pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et communiquer efficacement.
  • Connaissance des pratiques de fabrication et de l'analyse de sécurité des processus.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Expérience avec SAP serait un avantage.
