Onze ambitie? Bedrijven en overheden begeleiden bij hun transitie:

Binnen de sectie Water North realiseren we zeer technische, elektromechanische projecten binnen de perimeter van waterwegen en havens, vooral in het Nederlandstalige deel van België.
Of het nu gaat om sluizen, stuwen, beweegbare bruggen, waterkrachtcentrales, pompstations, roosterreiningers, walstroomvoorzieningen, ... Al deze complexe installaties hebben voor ons geen geheimen.
Functieomschrijving Wat als jij de leiding neemt over baanbrekende waterprojecten die echt het verschil maken?Als Section Manager bij de Water afdeling van Equans in Aartselaar, zorg jij ervoor dat onze elektromechanische waterprojecten vlekkeloos verlopen. Van waterzuivering en -productie tot watertransport – jij houdt de touwtjes in handen en brengt innovatie in een sector die continu in beweging is. Klinkt dit als de uitdaging die jij zoekt? Wat ga je doen? Ben je klaar om aan de slag te gaan in een veelzijdige functie? Dit is wat je dagelijks doet:
- je plant, organiseert, coördineert en controleert de activiteiten van operationele projecten binnen jouw afdeling
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsactiviteiten, omzet, budget en marges van je sectie (P&L), met ondersteuning van HR, aankoop en legal
- je volgt projecten op, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat alles binnen de tijd, het budget en met de gewenste kwaliteit wordt afgerond
- je rapporteert regelmatig aan de Department Manager over de activiteiten en resultaten
- je zorgt voor een team dat niet alleen kwalitatief sterk is, maar ook gemotiveerd blijft door een positief werkklimaat te creëren
- je stimuleert creativiteit en ownership binnen je teams en zorgt voor de naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen
- je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten, partners en onderaannemers en detecteert nieuwe kansen voor projecten
- je hebt een ingenieursdiploma, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica, en minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in techniek, projectmanagement en teambeheer
- je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van de markt op het gebied van waterzuivering en waterproductie
- je hebt kennis van SAP (dit is een pluspunt)
- je bent een sterke people manager en weet anderen te motiveren
- je kunt goed omgaan met meerdere projecten tegelijk en behoudt altijd het overzicht
- je hebt een goed financieel inzicht en bent sterk in rapportages
- je blinkt uit in onderhandelingen en verkoop
- je bent resultaatgericht, pragmatisch en ondernemend
- je bent creatief en neemt graag initiatief
- je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans
