We are a scale-up part of the KBC ecosystem and focused on accelerating the energy transition helping companies, cooperatives and cities empower their clients, members and citizen to reduce their energy footprint while increasing their comfort at home and the value of their house.

We have developed a unique digital solution that combines data-driven technology with an innovative process to connect house owners to our qualified network of contractors to execute their renewable renovations in the smoothest way possible.

The process that we have developed is a Campaign Management System that can be integrated into any flow or environment. This makes it super simple for any organisation to start working with us and help their target audience easily get offers for energetic renovations through our trusted contractor network.

We are a B2B2C startup collaborating with large-size partners because we aim to reach as many house owners as possible in the shortest amount of time.

Tasks

We are on the hunt for a partner/campaign manager to oversee our partner relationship. Since partners play a pivotal role in facilitating energetic renovations for customers, we deeply value our collaboration with our partner organisations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enriching these partnerships through diligent campaign management and by serving as a bridge the partners and our internal teams.

You are the liaison with partners. Your goal is to help them to get the maximum out of the partnership with Impact us today:

  • while making sure that the partnerships aligns with our long-term goals
  • while building a strong and strategic relationship
  • while delivering on the promises made

You are the SPOC and will participate in all partner meetings. You can work independently and you will make the link to the rest of the organisation. You will work on the domains of campaign planning (when, what, how), campaign follow-up (reporting & marketing discussions), proposition & product discussions (what are the needs of each partner and can we fulfil those).

The partner/campaign manager will play a pivotal role in not just maintaining, but enhancing the symbiotic relationship we share with our esteemed partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive mutual growth and success, ensuring our collaborations are both fruitful and impactful.

Key responsibilities

  1. Campaign Planning Management: Spearhead the planning of our collaborative campaigns, deciding on the optimal timelines and strategies to kick-start these initiatives. This entails working closely with Partners to ensure alignment and efficiency in execution.
  2. Campaign Follow-Up: Post-campaign, take charge of the reporting process, ensuring all results and key metrics are documented. Engage in marketing discussions to dissect the campaign performance, identify strengths, and address areas of improvement.
  3. Product & Proposition Discussions: Act as the primary liaison between Partners and our internal teams. Channel the needs and feedback from Partners back to us, ensuring our offerings remain aligned with our Partners' evolving requirements.
  4. Partnership Nurturing: Foster and maintain strong relationships with Partners. Ensure open communication channels, understand their needs, and anticipate potential challenges or opportunities.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal people, from marketing to product development, ensuring the information flow is seamless and that both our company and Partners are poised for mutual success.
Requirements
  • Higher education and have experience in campaign management (5 years).
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally with experience within large organisations.
  • Result-oriented, also in difficult situations, you can deal with different sometimes conflicting stakeholder interests.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of drawing insights from campaign reports and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, bridging gaps between various teams and Partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, can work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible attitude where you take quick actions when the work demands it.
  • Knowledge of energy saving measures, transition models, the building sector is a plus.
  • Good oral and written communication in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
