Sr Brand Manager Specialties

We are excited to announce a maternity cover (6months July-December) for a Senior Brand Manager Specialties in Marketing based in Belgium.

The Senior Brand Manager Specialties is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns and other activities to develop and support the Victoria Brand in BNFL and Tripel Karmeliet in Netherlands.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans for Victoria BNFL and TK NL, to deliver against our annual plans and growth ambition. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand planning- Lead development of annual plan for Victoria BNFL and TK NL- Liaise across global, zone, and local stakeholders to deliver plans- Support commercial, sales, and trade marketing to translate marketing plan into relevant channel plans that drive growth- Ensure commercial and sales teams are engaged with the brand plans through regular updates and customer presentations, as required- Monitor and analyse brand performance, and use this to inform brand plans

Campaign management- Lead development and implementation of Victoria BNFL and TK NL activations/campaigns- Source learnings and align if required key stakeholders- Evaluate effectiveness of activations/campaigns, working with insights, connections and cross agency teams, and implement learnings in future campaigns- Innovation:
- As required, work with Innovation team to deliver new launches

Budget- Manage the Victoria BNFL and TK NL marketing budget and work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy

Working Relationships- You will work closely with colleagues within the marketing organization (innovation, insights, packaging, etc.), the sales organization (KAM, CatMan, Trade Marketing, FP&A, etc.), and the brewery (Material Planning, ZITEC, etc.). You will also have contact with a large number of external partners: advertising, activation, and media agencies, research agencies, packaging design, etc.

**Qualifications**:
- Higher diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience- Professional FMCG experience in marketing- Analytical, structured, proactive, and result-oriented- Passionate about consumers and marketing theory- Fluent in Dutch & English- Great presentation and communication skills- Ambitious, positive, creative and a team player
