Specialities Brand Manager
The role of the Specialities Brand Manager (BE Trio) is to work cross-functionally to develop and implement the brand’s marketing plans across Belgium, the Netherlands & France with the ultimate goal of driving brand growth.

The role:
- Supporting SBM & MM with 360 Campaign Management by creative development, planning, & execution
- Media planning & execution, PR & Activation, trade marketing collaboration
- Being an owner of NPDs with a focus on seasonals and collabs
- Project managing NPD preparation and launch, working with supply, innovation, RFFS, and sales teams as needed
- Being Trade Marketing key contact - being responsible for linking brand and trade teams together on day to day tasks and regular check in with trade and commercial teams
- Brand leading for PD growth strategy, working in close collaboration with PD team and for VBI/pack strategy execution, working closely with Design Lead & RFFS UK Lead as required
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in FMCG Brand Management
- Creative Thinker
- Able to handle pressure, work with agility and under tight deadlines
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Happy to follow & enhance established brand guidelines
- Strong interpersonal leadership qualities to build relationships and teams, lead cross functional initiatives, engage senior stakeholders and proven ability to persuade, bring unsolicited advice and influence to achieve outstanding results
- Fluent French or Dutch and English are a must
