We are thrilled to announce a 6-month maternity cover (July-December) for a Senior Brand Manager Specialties in Marketing located in Belgium.
The Senior Brand Manager Specialties will be responsible for the development, execution, and tracking of campaigns and other initiatives to enhance and promote the Victoria Brand in BNFL and Tripel Karmeliet in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
Brand Planning
- Develop annual plans for Victoria BNFL and TK NL
- Collaborate with global, zone, and local stakeholders for plan execution
- Support commercial, sales, and trade marketing in converting marketing strategies into effective channel plans for growth
- Ensure the engagement of commercial and sales teams with brand plans through regular updates and client presentations
- Analyze brand performance to shape future brand strategies
Campaign Management
- Lead the development and execution of Victoria BNFL and TK NL campaigns
- Review campaign effectiveness and incorporate key learnings into future strategies
- Work with insights, connections, and cross-agency teams on campaign evaluation
- Collaborate with the Innovation team for new product launches
Budget Management
Oversee the marketing budget for Victoria BNFL and TK NL, ensuring accuracy in partnership with the finance team.
Working Relationships:
You will collaborate closely with various teams within the marketing, sales, and brewery departments, as well as external partners such as advertising agencies, research agencies, and packaging designers.
- Higher diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience
- Professional FMCG marketing experience
- Analytical, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Passion for consumers and marketing principles
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ambitious, positive, creative, and a team player
