Tasks
  • Coordinate logistics for art-related projects, including exhibitions and container shipments.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to internal and external teams.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, guiding them through the transport process.
  • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure profitability.

Who will you work with?

  • Internal teams: collaborate closely with our art handlers, logistics experts, and administrative staff.
  • External partners: work with customs agents, transporters, and fine art specialists.
  • Clients: communicate with galleries, museums, collectors, and art professionals to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

Proficiency in French, English (Dutch is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in logistics, project coordination, or a related field.
