Vos responsabilités principales :
Gestionnaire de votre agence : Vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de votre point de vente, en supervisant l'organisation des chantiers, la gestion des commandes, et l'administration quotidienne, avec le soutien des outils Tryba qui simplifient votre activité.
Premier commercial de votre territoire : Vous développez votre clientèle en appliquant les méthodes commerciales éprouvées de Tryba, devenant ainsi l'expert local pour accompagner vos clients de la première prise de contact à la fin du chantier.
Formateur et accompagnateur : Quel que soit votre niveau d'expérience, Tryba vous forme pour encadrer et motiver efficacement vos équipes commerciales et techniques, en vous assurant un service de qualité aligné aux standards de la marque.
Ambassadeur de la satisfaction client : Vous veillez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et contribuez activement à la réputation de Tryba sur votre territoire, en recueillant des avis positifs et en assurant la qualité sur chaque chantier.
Profil recherché :
Vous avez le goût de l'entrepreneuriat et le sens du service client.
Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous former pour maîtriser les aspects techniques et numériques (CRM, devis en ligne) de votre activité, avec le soutien continu de Tryba.
Vous êtes motivé(e) à l'idée de gérer et développer votre propre entreprise, quel que soit votre parcours initial.
