About the Company - BEXIM - Beaumont Executive Interim Management - is a global leader in Transactional Executive Services. We provide top-tier resources to drive change, ensure business continuity, and support organizations in critical transitions. Our success is built on strong partnerships with experienced executive interim managers and a proven project monitoring methodology. As part of the Beaumont Group, BEXIM operates mainly across EMEA. After a successful launch in early 2023, with activities now established in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and the UK, we are looking for a new Partner to strengthen our team for the Benelux.
About the Role - An opportunity to thrive in high-impact executive projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, connecting people, and facilitating strategic business solutions. As a Partner at BEXIM, you will be involved in sensitive and high-stakes executive projects, working closely with C-level leaders to help them navigate critical transitions. We welcome candidates from both inside and outside the interim management industry. You might already have experience in executive interim solutions, or you could come from a different background—such as consulting, finance, corporate services or the industrial sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Expand the client portfolio by leveraging your network and business acumen.
- Develop and maintain a strong community of interim managers, actively engaging in the local BEXIM Club to foster collaboration and growth.
- Conduct interviews with interim managers and oversee project execution to ensure success.
- Manage and update the CRM system for tracking leads, assignments, and client interactions.
Required Skills
- A strong business network and the ability to develop meaningful relationships at C-level.
- A passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
- A background in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, private equity, or a relevant industry is a plus—but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, English.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Self-employed or willing to work under an independent contract structure.
