Om de verdere groei ook boekhoudkundig verder te ondersteunen wensen we het accounting team te versterken met een ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT   (AP Accountant) - pas afgestudeerden zijn ook welkom Functieomschrijving
  • Je controleert inkomende facturen en stemt ze af met de betrokken afdeling
  • Je boekt de dienstenfacturen op de juiste kostenplaatsen en grootboekrekeningen
  • Je boekt de goederenfacturen en matcht deze met het purchase order
  • Je staat in voor de creatie van leveranciers
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en reconciliëren van betalingsherinneringen en openstaande leveranciers
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne diensten zoals productie, warehouse en aankoop
  • Je boekt dagelijks de rekeninguittreksels om een correct cash positie te hebben
  • Je assisteert tijdens de maandelijkse afsluitingen
  • Je helpt bij de  jaarlijkse audit
  • Je helpt bij diverse projecten zoals digitalisatie en implementatie van het nieuwe ERP systeem
  • Op termijn eventueel doorgroeimogelijkheid   tot General Ledger

Profiel
  • Je hebt minimum een Professionele Bachelor- diploma in accountancy (of eventueelandere financiële riching). Je hebt eventueel reeds een eerste ervaring verworven, maar ook kandidaten zonder ervaring zijn welkom
  • Je bent uiteraard  cijfermatig sterk , analytisch, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.  Je kan werken met deadlines
  • Je wil graag deel uitmake van een klein team  van een fijne collega's en je houdt van een collegiale werksfeer waartoe je ook zelf jouw steentje bijdraagt
  • Je bent voldoende communicatief waardoor je vlot in kunt overleggen met andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf 
  • Je denkt ook graag eens mee over verdere optimalisaties enz ...
  • Je bent  zeer goed Nederlandstalig en communiceert ook behoorlijk in het Engels . Kennis van  het  Frans   is een sterke plus.
