Novatech International NV gevestigd te Olen is een innovatief Belgisch familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het ontwikkelen en verdelen van innovatieve oplossingen voor lijmen, afdichten en oppervlaktebehandeling. Het bedrijf heeft als missie het werk van professionals in diverse sectoren te vereenvoudigen en dit vanuit een focus op de praktijkervaringen van deze professionals. Het bedrijf biedt haar oplossingen en diensten aan in 25 landen vanuit haar merken TEC7, Novatio, Twinbond en Bike7.
Functieomschrijving Ben jij de schakel die nieuwe partnerships weet te smeden? In deze rol maak je het verschil:
  • Ontwikkel innovatieve samenwerkingen: Zet je tanden in het identificeren en uitbouwen van partnerships met producenten van bouwmaterialen voor zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie en zowel voor de bouwschil als interieurafwerking. Je kan hierbij denken aan fabrikanten van diverse materialen zoals EPDM, vloerbekleding, sanitaire wanden, bouwfolies, isolatieplaten, … Help deze bedrijven de juiste lijmoplossingen te vinden voor het bevestigen van hun producten.
  • Bouw bruggen met leveranciers van verwerkingstools zoals bv spuitapparatuur : Zoek samenwerkingen die ons aanbod versterken en de gebruikerservaring optimaliseren.
  • Netwerk waar de toekomst gebouwd wordt: Word een vaste waarde binnen relevante belangengroepen in de bouwsector en creëer zo waardevolle connecties die je ondersteunen om je business verder uit te bouwen.
  • Denk internationaal: Focus op de Benelux, Duitsland en Frankrijk en ontwikkel langdurige partnerships.
  • Werk zij aan zij met innovatie: Samen met hun afdeling Innovation zet je ideeën om in krachtige producten en strategieën die het verschil maken voor je partner.

Profiel
  • Ervaren dynamisch commercieel talent: Je kan terugblikken op meer dan 8 jaar commerciële bagage, waardoor je op C-level onderhandelingen weet te voeren, maar eveneens met technische experts in gesprek kan gaan. Je bent energiek, gedreven en weet commerciële kansen te benutten. Je haalt voldoening uit het realiseren van lange termijnpartnerships waarbij je streeft naar het aanbieden van optimale oplossingen voor je klant.
  • Sterk strategisch inzicht: Je denkt vooruit, maakt scherpe analyses en zet deze om in concrete actieplannen gericht op het behalen van je doelstellingen.
  • Kennis van de bouwsector: Jouw ervaring met de ruime bouwindustrie helpt je om te begrijpen met welke uitdagingen verwerkers van bouwmaterialen te maken hebben en om bijgevolg aan producentenzijde passende oplossingen aan te bieden.
  • Taalvaardig: Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels vlot.
  • Locatie: Je woont bij voorkeur binnen een straal van 1 uur rond Olen, zodat je op een nauwe manier met de interne collega's kan samenwerken.
