Partnerships Developer – Serviced Offices (Brussels Area)

A leading international provider of serviced offices is looking for a Partnerships Developer to drive its expansion in Belgium, with a strong focus on the Brussels area.

As a B2B business developer, you will play a key role in securing new partnerships with private property owners, directly contributing to the company's growth by launching new locations. You will work closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and Board, reporting directly to the Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Engage with potential partners and lead high-level commercial negotiations.
  • Present projects to the Board and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Successfully close deals to secure new locations.

Your Profile

  • Location: Based in the Brussels area.
  • Languages: Fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Sales Mindset: A true hunter with a strong drive for sales and business development.
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales and business development within a fast-paced environment (experience in selling services is a plus).
  • Negotiation & Closing: Strong deal-making skills, with experience closing large-scale agreements.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to build long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

Salary & Benefits

  • €60,000 – €70,000 gross per year (including 13th month and vacation pay, based on experience).
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • €8,000 annual car allowance (fuel and travel expenses covered separately).
  • 20 legal holidays and 2 extra-legal holidays
  • Electronic meal vouchers: the total value of the meal voucher is € 5.58, including an employee participation of €1.12 € and employer's contribution of €4.46 €
