ROLE: Business Development Manager – (AI Computer Vision Software)
LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium
SALARY: Negotiable
DURATION: Contract
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives within the consumer and industrial markets (excluding mobile and automotive). This role focuses on high-growth segments in 3D imaging and managing a cutting-edge AI computer vision software portfolio, with the goal of converting it into a sustainable and scalable business.
The ideal candidate will own the full business development lifecycle. From lead generation through deal closure, while also handling sales forecasting and strategic planning. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to drive cross-functional success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and implement business plans and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and define optimal market entry approaches.
- Lead the development of pricing models and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and grow business opportunities within your territory through close collaboration with internal teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive product design-in, market insights, and roadmap alignment.
- Support negotiation and closure of commercial agreements.
- Provide clear and consistent updates on the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Understand and effectively communicate across the full consumer and industrial supply chain.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of software business models (on-premise, cloud, SaaS, licensing, etc.).
- 10+ years of experience in AI computer vision software sales or business development.
- At least 10 years of experience in the industrial market.
- Prior experience in the computer vision industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
- Technical background or experience in embedded systems is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Strong English verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of commitment, focus, and initiative.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–25% of the time.
