Functieomschrijving

Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?

Als Manager Infrastructure & Ticketing Security (ITS) werk je binnen de Customer eXperience Business Unit (BUX). Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager. Je belangrijkste missie is om de verantwoordelijkheid op je te nemen voor de teams van ITS-agenten, om het procesbeheer optimaal uit te voeren en zo de klanten van de MIVB een succesvolle vervoerservaring te garanderen. 

Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?

  • Klantenservice: 

Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de ITS-teams en de aan hen toegewezen taken. De nodige synergieën ontwikkelen met de verschillende departementen en entiteiten van de divisie Operations. Toezien op de naleving van de serviceverplichtingen met betrekking tot de inhoud van de SLA's. Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de klantentevredenheid binnen het kader van de BUX-strategie en het budgettaire kader ervan. Procedures opstellen voor optimaal werk op het terrein en real-time gebeurtenissen op het netwerk organiseren en er de verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen. De verantwoordelijkheid op zich nemen voor de CEN-kwaliteitscertificering op het gebied van criteria met betrekking tot fraudebestrijding en de houding van agenten.

  • People Management:

Het managen, controleren en coachen van het personeel waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, het ontwikkelen van een geest van proactieve betrokkenheid en optimale motivatie. Neem alle maatregelen om het absenteïsme te beperken en de productiviteit te verhogen. De opleidingsbehoeften van het team identificeren en regelmatige prestatiebeoordelingen opstellen. Analyseren van arbeidsongevallen, controleren van de werkorganisatie, zorgen voor communicatie en relaties met lokale vakbondsvertegenwoordigers om een constructieve dialoog binnen je afdeling te onderhouden.

  • Cross-functionele coördinatie en vertegenwoordiging: 

Voortdurende samenwerking op tactisch en operationeel niveau, met je collega's, binnen BUX middle management en met collega's in andere delen van de divisie. Je dient de BUX te vertegenwoordigen in werkgroepen en je zal je N+1 vervangen in geval van afwezigheid.

  • Strategie en bestuur: 

Werk mee aan de ontwikkeling van de BUX en zorg voor een goede naleving van kwaliteitsprestatie-indicatoren en financiële indicatoren voor jouw afdeling.

Profiel
  • Minimaal bachelorniveau en/of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in het vakgebied
  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in operations, waarvan 5 jaar als manager
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Erkenning door de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken als leidinggevende (wet van 10 april 1990), of een verbintenis om de test af te leggen na indiensttreding van de functie, met de verplichting om te slagen.
  • Kennis van de organisatie van het bedrijf, beheersing van het wetgevingskader op het gebied van veiligheid, kennis van management, zowel op HR- als op administratief niveau.
  • Vermogen om te schrijven, te analyseren en samen te vatten
  • Geïntegreerde visie op veiligheid, met name in termen van preventie, klantgerichtheid
