Are you a seasoned IT Lead who bridges the gap between complex back-end architecture and modern front-end interfaces? We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer to shape, build, and secure enterprise-grade solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the full development lifecycle—from high-level system architecture and API design to hands-on coding, cloud deployment, and security implementation in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Build and optimize front-end (Angular/TypeScript) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js) systems.
- Architecture & APIs: Design scalable software architectures, data models, and RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI).
- Security & Quality: Enforce security best practices, access controls (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and clean code standards.
- DevOps & Cloud: Automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git), manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deploy on AWS/Azure.
- Team Leadership: Align front-end and back-end teams, write technical documentation, and drive continuous integration.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education & Experience (One of the following):
- Master's Degree (EQF 7) + 15+ years of IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree (EQF 6) + 17+ years of IT experience
- Secondary Education + 22+ years of IT experience
- Mandatory Certifications:
- Java Programmer Certification
- Core Expertise:
- 5+ yrs: Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, REST/SOAP
- Languages:
- French: Asset / Optional
