You will lead the Employee Benefits strategy while managing a dedicated team. With a high degree of autonomy, you will develop strategic relationships with insurers and have a direct impact on business growth.

As Business Director of Group Insurance, you will oversee the entire Group Insurance business and play an active role in shaping the company’s strategy as a member of the executive committee.
You will lead the Employee Benefits team, monitor performance, and contribute to the growth of the business. As the department’s key point of contact, you will also maintain close relationships with insurance companies and work to strengthen commercial synergies within the group.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and implement the Employee Benefits strategy.
- Manage, support, and develop the Employee Benefits team.
- Monitor the department’s performance and objectives.
- Participate in strategic decision-making within the Executive Committee.
- Develop growth opportunities and promote cross-selling.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner insurance companies.
- Serve as a liaison between the market, insurers, and internal teams.
- Represent the company to partners and key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have solid experience in the group insurance sector.
- Ideally, you gained this experience at an insurance brokerage or with an insurance company that has significant exposure to the brokerage network.
- You have a good understanding of group insurance, health insurance, and social protection solutions.
- You have proven experience in team management or demonstrate strong leadership potential.
- You combine strategic vision, a business-oriented mindset, and a pragmatic approach.
- You are capable of excelling at both the decision-making and operational levels.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong credibility with clients and insurers.
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch.
- You thrive in entrepreneurial environments that offer autonomy, responsibility, and a direct impact on the company’s growth.
