We're looking for a senior process expert and coach to mentor colleagues responsible for IT processes. You'll improve how teams work within an Agile way of working, combining process standardisation with regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Coach process practitioners in daily work, improvements and team development.
- Define and maintain IT processes aligned with a shared process framework.
- Identify compliance gaps against internal rules and regulatory requirements.
- Guide stakeholders to simplify processes through collaborative workshops.
- Support process maturity assessments and maintain clear process documentation.
- Update process guidance and knowledge management tools.
What you bring
- At least 10 years of relevant IT experience, including IT delivery and/or production.
- A master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex information.
- Clear writing, with accurate, well-organised content and attention to detail.
- Workshop facilitation and coaching skills across multidisciplinary groups.
- Clear, diplomatic communication and a customer-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently and guide others towards agreed goals.
- English, C1, spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Agile experience and familiarity with IT management frameworks.
- Process improvement techniques, including PDCA and value stream mapping.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Banking sector experience.
- Lean or IT framework certification.
- Dutch, B2.
- French, B2.
