Our client, a leading European Life Sciences & Healthcare organisation, is embarking on a large-scale IT, Cloud & Business Transformation Programme aimed at modernising core business applications, streamlining operational processes, and accelerating their cloud journey.

As the programme enters a critical delivery phase, they are looking for a highly hands-on Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements definition, process optimisation, and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams.

This is not a documentation-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being Embedded within the business, challenging existing ways of working, facilitating workshops, and actively shaping future-state solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state processes and system landscapes.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops across multiple departments.
  • Analyse and document complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process MAPS.
  • Define and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, project managers and integration teams throughout project delivery.
  • Support cloud migration and application transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct gap analyses between legacy systems and future-state solutions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making workshops.
  • Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution and defect management.
  • Track requirements through implementation to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business and technology functions.
