I am currently supporting a client leading international industrial manufacturing organisation based in Antwerp, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major business transformation programme.

The organisation is undertaking a significant transformation of its core business and operational processes, including the modernisation and harmonisation of ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and related business systems.

This is a business-critical transformation programme involving multiple stakeholders across manufacturing sites and functions, with a strong focus on process standardisation, operational efficiency and the transition from legacy ways of working to a modern target operating model.

Terms

  • Freelance / Long-term contract - 12 months, with possible extensions
  • Location: Antwerp, Belgium
  • Hybrid: 2 days on-site per week
  • Language: English-speaking (Dutch is beneficial)
  • Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current AS-IS manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Define and document TO-BE processes as part of the transformation programme
  • Lead requirements gathering across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics and Operations
  • Facilitate workshops with business process owners, subject matter experts and key stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for standardisation and improvement
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and specifications
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between existing processes, business requirements and the target ERP / business systems
  • Support the design and implementation of harmonised processes across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Work closely with ERP functional teams, solution architects, technical teams and implementation partners
  • Support integration and process dependencies across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics
  • Contribute to data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
  • Ensure business requirements and process documentation remain aligned throughout the transformation
  • Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical / implementation teams
  • Support change adoption and the transition to the new processes and systems
  • Manufacturing / supply chain experience - essential
  • Candidates must have experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within industrial / discrete manufacturing.
