Are you an experienced Investment Portfolio Manager (consultant or freelancer) with a passion for fine details and risk analysis? Then come join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting, verifying, and analyzing information to optimally manage complex investment and credit portfolios. You'll serve as an expert and point of contact, making independent decisions within established guidelines. - You collect, verify, and analyze relevant information to accurately assess cases and make well-founded decisions.
- You handle complex cases involving investments, loans, transfers, and claims related to fraud and disputes.
- You communicate professionally with customers, offices, and external parties and clearly explain decisions.
- You process cases administratively correctly, completely, and within the established SLAs.
- You make decisions independently within your authority while following applicable guidelines and procedures.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the optimization of processes and service delivery.
- You identify risks, perform checks, and ensure that cases are handled correctly and in compliance with regulations.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- You have experience as a case manager in the financial sector, preferably in investments.
- You are a subject matter expert in your field and serve as the point of contact for complex cases and operational issues.
- You work with precision, are reliable, and have a flexible mindset.
- An assignment lasting at least 5 months, with a good chance of extension.
- Work in downtown Antwerp with the option to work from home.
