- You translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for your department and you implement the various actions.
- You support your co-managers in drawing up an annual schedule with the financial targets and you help follow it up.
- You report the monthly and annual results.
- You support the management team in discovering new opportunities and improvements and you follow up the actions.
- You support the various departments in following up and implementing actions to achieve the financial targets.
- You inspire, motivate and engage your team to achieve the targets set together.
