Amcor Limited in Ghent (AF Gent) is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as the key link between Amcor and its customers. This on-site role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong organisation, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
You will manage orders, monitor fulfilment, handle complaints, and coordinate with logistics and sales to improve service levels. Fluent English and Dutch are essential.
