CareerBee seeks a Systems/NPI Engineer to lead the transfer of advanced infrared camera systems from R&D into manufacturing. You will own product readiness, coordinate with electronics, optics and mechanics teams, and ensure production documentation is complete for successful first builds.
You will work across R&D, Testing, Quality and Manufacturing to validate readiness and close remaining gaps, enabling smooth transition to pilot and serial production.
