Job Description

Are you looking for more than a traditional Executive Assistant role? At Korn Ferry, you'll work closely with senior leaders, support high-impact consulting projects, and develop future-ready skills in an international environment. Combining executive support, consulting operations, and innovative AI-enabled ways of working, you'll play a key role in helping our teams deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior consultants and leaders to manage priorities, calendars and travel
  • Coordinate client meetings, workshops, interviews and project activities
  • Create high-quality presentations, proposals and client deliverables
  • Support consulting projects from proposal through delivery
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Use AI and digital tools to drive smarter and more efficient ways of working
  • Ensure projects, documentation and processes run smoothly and professionally

What You'll Bring

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in consulting, professional services, legal, executive search, or a similar environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 capabilities
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity for AI and continuous improvement
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English
