The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated Computer Vision Engineer to join an innovative engineering team in Hasselt, working on image processing and computer vision solutions for real-world applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer with up to 3 years of experience to develop their technical skills, contribute to exciting projects and grow within a collaborative R&D environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise computer vision and image processing algorithms.
- Work with C++ and OpenCV to implement vision-based solutions.
- Test, debug and improve software performance using Visual Studio.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to integrate computer vision functionality into wider systems.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new technologies and features.
Your Profile:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with C++ and OpenCV, gained through academic projects, internships or professional experience.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and software development tools.
- A genuine interest in computer vision, image processing and software development.
- Good command of English and either Dutch or French.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
