About the role
Our client, a global financial services organisation, is implementing a new Procure-to-Pay platform as part of a wider Finance and Procurement transformation. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate delivery, working closely with the Project Lead and stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, Change Management and external vendors.
This is a hands‑on delivery role, not a PMO position.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of the P2P platform
- Define deliverables, timelines and resources with the Project Lead and stakeholders
- Execute and monitor the project plan, escalating issues and driving corrective actions
- Provide regular project reporting and communications
- Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks (security, resources, quality)
- Support business process mapping and system design sessions
- Work with IT on integration of the solution with the ERP and related applications
- Support the change manager and ensure smooth user adoption
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of project management in large Procurement or Finance transformation projects
- Proven experience implementing a solution for a Finance department
- Strong understanding of P2P processes: purchasing, goods/services receipts and invoicing
- Experience with ERP integrations (e.g. SAP, Workday)
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working with teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English (all documentation and communication is in English)
Nice to have
- Experience with Zycus or another S2P platform (Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer)
