We are seeking a Technical Trainer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, preparing, and delivering IT training courses, developing documentation, and providing user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, prepare, and deliver online and face-to-face IT training courses, including practical exercises.
  • Develop, maintain, and update user manuals, FAQs, quick guides, workbooks, course scenarios, online help, tutorials, and other support materials.
  • Produce accessible, web-based documentation using appropriate version‑control practices.
  • Provide first- and second-level user and training support, investigating user issues and escalating complex cases to third-level support or development teams.

Must Have Skills

At least 10 years of experience preparing user documentation, including manuals, FAQs, and user guides.

  • At least 10 years of experience providing IT user support.
  • At least 10 years of experience delivering IT training.
  • At least five years of experience developing e-learning content.
  • At least two years of experience editing voice, video, and online training

recordings.

  • At least two years of experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Perform application and content testing when requested by business owners or authorized stakeholders.
  • Create and edit training videos and screen recordings, enhancing them with graphics, professional audio, subtitles, and captions to improve clarity and accessibility.
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules.
  • Establish and apply documentation standards, templates, and style guides.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering IT or technical training.
  • Proficient in creating and managing instructional content, including manuals, quick guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for documentation.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for multimedia content.

Nice to have

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Canvas.
  • Skills in video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
  • Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
