We're looking for a senior IT infrastructure project manager to lead strategic IT transformation projects across systems, networks, telecommunications, cybersecurity and cloud services. The work also covers collaboration tools, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, identity and access, and IT service management.
What you'll do
- Define scope, objectives, work breakdown, schedules, budgets, resources and dependencies.
- Track decisions, risks, contracts, actions, deliverables, service levels and escalations.
- Coordinate internal teams and suppliers, prepare steering decisions and regular stakeholder reports.
- Contribute to specifications and evaluate bids with project and technical teams.
- Plan pilots, test phases, acceptance criteria, migrations, go-live and rollback measures.
- Lead change communications, user coordination, project documentation and operational handover.
What you bring
- Senior experience managing IT infrastructure and transformation projects.
- Project management using Agile, Waterfall and Scrum, plus PRINCE2.
- Change management, incident management and Product Owner experience.
- Knowledge of Entra, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- WAN/LAN network infrastructure, SIEM and SOC/CSIRT.
- Knowledge of ITIL and NIS2/CyFun.
- English (B2), Dutch (C1) and French (C1).
Good to know
- Projects follow GDPR, ISO 27001 and applicable security and governance rules.
