Project Manager – Change & Test Management
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Contract: Freelance

About the role
Our client, an organisation in the insurance sector, is moving from SAP FC to OneStream and needs an experienced Project Manager to coordinate delivery. The role covers the practical side of the implementation, from planning and progress tracking through to change management and testing, and suits a senior freelancer who can take ownership and work independently.
You will coordinate project delivery and keep activities on plan, managing risks, issues and dependencies along the way. You will also coordinate the change management activities linked to the implementation, so the business is prepared for the move to the new platform.
Testing is a major part of the role. You will define and coordinate the test strategy, plan the testing, follow up on execution, and document issues and coordinate their resolution. Day to day, that means working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and other relevant parties to support the implementation from planning through to delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on project implementation activities
- Manage project planning, progress tracking, risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate change management activities related to the implementation
- Define and coordinate test strategies, test planning and execution follow-up
- Monitor test progress, document issues and coordinate their resolution
- Communicate with business stakeholders, project teams and other relevant uses
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned activities
- Support the implementation process from planning through to delivery
Requirements
Essential
- Senior-level experience in project implementation
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
- Experience with change management in project environments
- Experience in test strategy, test planning and test follow-up
Desirable
- Previous experience of an EPM migration
- Experience in the insurance industry
