An exciting opportunity to join our client's team in a niche recruitment services company specializing in supporting startups across the EU. We are looking for an Expert in file, archive, and information management to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Define policies and strategies for content, records, archives, and information management.
- Design and develop records, archives, and information management systems.
- Identify requirements and create specifications for management systems.
- Elaborate system integration and data migration approaches for legacy repositories.
- Develop and maintain solutions for long-term digital preservation and archiving.
- Define and implement metadata standards for content and records management.
- Implement data publication and exchange solutions using semantic web technologies.
Requirements
- Knowledge of standards and best practices in records, archives, and information management.
- Experience in design and implementation of records and information management systems.
- Practical experience in ontology design, metadata management, and open data technologies.
- Expertise in document encryption, digital signatures, and secure access.
- Experience in enterprise-grade multi-user information systems and ECM platforms.
- Familiarity with web services and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and database management systems.
- Experience with Drupal or equivalent document management platforms.
- Understanding of full-text search techniques and semantic web technologies.
- Good knowledge of agile process and methodologies.
