For our office in Kruibeke, Belgium, we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
What awaits you:
- Customer support and handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Preparation of quotations and support of sales activities
- Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Invoicing, dunning procedures, and accounts receivable management
- Maintenance of customer master data as well as preparation of reports and analyses
- Close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and other cross-functional departments
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent English language skills, written and spoken (french or dutch desirable)
- Team player with a high level of service orientation and attention to detail
